Office Refurbishment Project
We were asked to attend our client’s site during a refurbishment of their Head Office, they requested us to decorate the walls, replace ceiling tiles and lighting and supply and install carpet tiles. All works were completed in time and within budget and with no unforeseen problems.
Office Glazing Project
This particular client contacted us to provide 2 similar projects as one job to minimise disruption to their busy office environment. Part 1 of the project was to build a small low level area to separate the office and create a kitchen area with a glazed section including manifestation. Part 2 of the project was to create a separate glazed meeting room in one corner of the floor to save time when there were meetings required and having to meet in different areas of the building.
Waste Clearance Project
Our client called us to assist them in managing an End of Tenancy Waste Clearance of a small industrial unit, these works were completed with our team of in-house engineers. All waste removed from site was disposed of environmentally at our Local Waste Transfer Station.
Pharmacy Build Project
This was a full new build project for a new pharmacy to be built in a car park area at a Hospital, this involved many elements of works from, building and structural steel works, electrical and air conditioning, flooring, plumbing, glazing, roofing, and even bollard installation, line marking. This project was completed during COVID working restrictions at a Hospital in order to assist the Hospital with the increased pressure the pandemic put on to the NHS.
House Renovation Project
Our client contacted us as she had been left a property as inheritance which hadn’t been worked on for many years. Initially works started as a clearance and strip out. Then the client asked for the internal layout to be changed so the garage was bricked up and one of the internal walls was moved to make the property open plan.
Once the internal layout was changed, our client then decided rather than selling the property she was going to make it her new home, so all new windows and doors were installed, new kitchen and bathroom and new flooring, updated lighting and electrics to make the property safe. Full decoration and Garden Landscaping and also works to the front of the property to freshen it up as shown in the images .
New Kitchen Installation
This client asked us to supply and install a kitchen for them, we had to design the layout that best suited their requirements and then discussed the colour and style options and what appliances they needed so we could offer the whole package.
Conservatory Project
Our client asked us to supply and install a bespoke conservatory to maximise the value on their property and also give them more internal usable space and somewhere to sit and enjoy the evenings looking out over the garden.
